- removing energetic blocks that impede intimacy
- working with the lower self, mask, and higher self in the relationship

- identifying unconscious patterns and negative intentions that distort energy and harm relationships

Beauty From the Heart (for women)

Self-love, unlike narcissism or selfishness, is an important component of beauty. Women derive pleasure by honoring their internal truth and creating their own good feelings. Women play and explore who they want to be or wish to become. This workshop emphasizes the attainment of beauty, not in terms of a perfect outer body, but in terms of the confidence women project. The flow of energy and the flame in the heart is the source of feminine beauty. Workshop participants will learn to:
- create an energy flow in the body that enhances beauty
- use posture to present a confident self
- open the heart and let go of negativity
- overcome feelings of shame and humiliation in order to play and create
- become comfortable with their sensual, receptive selves
The Oedipal Complex — Getting to Know Your Sexual Self
(for psychological sleuths)

This workshop helps people bring unresolved material from their childhoods, pertaining to the development of their sexuality and sexual feelings, to sessions. Old wounds concerning sexual rejection by the desired parent and fear of the other parent create difficulties when carried into adult relationships. Consequences are energetic blocks in the body, splits between the heart and the pelvis, sexual inhibitions, affairs and love triangles, intimacy problems, and lack of trust. In this workshop participants will learn: a) how to identify people with oedipal problems, b) techniques to resolve oedipal problems, and c) and how to free one’s current relationship from distortion, in order to set the stage for love, pleasure, and fulfillment to follow.
