Integrated Psychological Services Center – Group Therapy

Are You Living or Just Alive?

When you were a kid you dreamed of living a life of adventure, rich with meaningful relationships, full of accomplishments, and experiences of joy.

But something happened to that dream.

Maybe the insistent weight of the world dragged you down.

Maybe you became ‘sensible’ and ‘realistic’and in the process snuffed out your dream.

Maybe anxiety or feelings of insecurity, of not being enough, overcame you.

If in your heart you acknowledge that perhaps you have compromised your happiness, this group experience will awaken you to the knowledge that you can change.

Combining the work of Sigmund Freud, Carl Jung, Wilhelm Reich, and John Pierrakos, Dr. Karyne Wilner introduces you to a holistic, body-oriented group experience involving exercises that release blocked energy –creating new levels of vitality and joy.
